Job Type: Full-time
Day Shift: $22.00 – $23.00, depending on the job
Swing Shift: $23.50 – $24.50, depending on the job
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling vinyl windows and patio doors in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl windows and patio doors using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output quotas
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for 8–10 hours per shift
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull 25–75 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Basic ability to communicate in English (verbal and/or written)
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes
