Production Team Leader

We currently have an immediate opening for a production team leader on the day shift. Duties include overseeing and working with production line employees, ensuring daily production goals are met, maintaining high quality and safety standards, training new employees and identifying and implementing ideas that continually improve production processes.
A team leader must possess the following leadership traits: good attitude, ability to motivate others, excellent teaching/communication/listening skills, not afraid to address issues with others, be proactive, problem solving skills, willing to help other areas as needed, follow up skills, and be a team player. Must also be available and willing to work long hours (10 -12 hr. days).
Full Time Shift: 6am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $12.00/hr DOE

Production Positions Available
|
We currently have several positions available in the production area. These positions include performing various tasks to fabricate and assemble vinyl frame materials using hand tools, power tools, equipment and machinery. This is a fast paced work environment with daily production quotas. Some tasks require the ability to lift between 20 – 75 pounds on a frequent basis. On the job training is provided along with all the necessary tools and safety equipment.
Part Time Shifts: 6am – 10am or 10am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday
Full Time Shift: 6am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday with overtime
Overtime may occur before and after the shift and is scheduled as needed
Pay: $9.75/hr with a 25 cent per hour increase once daily quotas are met consistently
