U-Value measures how well the window prevents heat from escaping the home.
The lower the number the better the window is at preventing heat transfer.

Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) measures how well a window blocks heat from the sun.
The lower the number the better the window is at blocking the sun's heat.

Visible Transmittance (VT) measures the amount of visible light coming through the window.
The higher the number the better the window is at allowing light in.

Sound Tranmission Class (STC) measures the amount of sound impedance as transferred through the window.
The higher the number the better the window is at impeding sound.

All values are certified through AAMA or NFRC.
